Babe Bikinis Refund and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Babe Bikinis! We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. Please read our refund and exchange policy carefully:

1. No Refunds We do not offer refunds on any items purchased. All sales are final.

2. Exchanges If your bikini doesn’t fit, or you simply changed your mind, we offer exchanges for an item of equal or greater value (difference to be paid by customer if greater value). To be eligible for an exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The bikini must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All tags and hygiene liners must still be attached.
  • The item must be returned within 30 days of receiving order.

3. Store Credit In place of a refund, we offer store credit for returned items that are eligible for exchange. Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card, which can be used for future purchases.

4. Return Process To initiate an exchange or receive store credit, please contact our customer service team at info@babebikinis.com.au

 We will guide you through the process and provide instructions for returning the item.

5. Shipping Costs The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Babe Bikinis is not liable for any lost or damaged returns during transit, so we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

6. Final Sale Items Certain items, such as sale or clearance items, may be final sale and are not eligible for exchange or store credit. Please check the product details before purchasing.
